Pioneers and renewal
Château de Cérons - Caroline et Xavier Perromat
- Taking over together: Caroline and Xavier Perromat had nearly forty-five years of combined wine experience when they took over the family estate in 2012.
- A cellar for a new beginning: They began renovating the facilities and made their first vintage together. Among the projects announced that year, an old cowshed was to be converted into a cellar to accommodate the winemaking.
- Two faces of white wine: Under the same name, the estate offers dry Graves and a sweet Cérons: the latter comes from grapes affected by noble rot and spends two to three years in barriques.
