Domaine Octavie - Anaëlle Herledan et Valentin Wasielewski
- A meeting through the vines: Valentin trained as a pastry chef; Anaëlle as a horticultural engineer. They met while working in the vineyards of Touraine Oisly.
- A first vintage in 2024: After around ten years learning in the field, they took over Octavie, which had no successor. They made their first vintage in 2024 with certified organic grapes.
- Two sauvignons in the inheritance: The inherited range notably distinguishes two sauvignons: Touraine Oisly 2023, from selected parcels, and « Le Clos des Mères » 2022, in Touraine, vinified then aged for twelve months in casks.
