Domaine Huet
- Three places, from dry to sweet: Huet is a Vouvray reference for its long-ageing chenins and its three sites: « Le Haut-Lieu », « Le Mont » and « Clos du Bourg ». Depending on the harvest, they produce dry, demi-sec or sweet wines; these names are not official grades.
- Five hectares to begin: The story began in 1928: won over by « Le Haut-Lieu », the family bought its five hectares, and Victor and Gaston began growing vines.
- « Constance », the selection of great years: « Constance » bears the first name of Gaston’s mother. It brings together the most concentrated juices from the three terroirs, in small quantities and only in exceptional vintages.
