Château Pech Redon - Christophe Bousquet
- L’Épervier rouge 2022: Syrah and Mourvèdre form this AOP La Clape red, dense and spicy, with red fruit and garrigue. Pech Redon suggests duckling or rack of lamb.
- Organic vines on La Clape’s high plateau: Christophe Bousquet settled here with his family and guided Pech Redon towards organic farming, certified since 2005. Marine fossils in the rocks more than a hundred metres above sea level recall the plateau’s marine past.
- L’Épervier across the range: L’Épervier is also made in other colours. The red 2022 carries AOP La Clape; the different-coloured wines in this family of cuvées do not all share the same appellation.
