Domaine du Cros - famille Teulier
- Reclaiming the hillsides: Philippe Teulier expanded the family estate by buying and renting old vines, then replanting previously unworked hillsides. Some slopes reach 65%.
- A winery built by father and son: In 1984, father and son built their own winery: the harvest enters the tanks and the wine leaves them using gravity. « Lo Sang del Païs » remains the name of the family’s first bottled cuvée.
- Mansois in bottle: « Lo Sang del Païs » 2020 is pure mansois aged in tank, fruity and peppery. The estate recommends drinking it young.
