Domaine Tempier
- Establishing Bandol’s ageing credentials: Lucien Peyraud championed mourvèdre with a precise ambition: to establish Bandol’s ability to age alongside other great French wines. Lulu travelled around France introducing Tempier to restaurateurs.
- A tribute on the label: The name « Lulu & Lucien » recalls this complementary work. Since the 2020 vintage, it has replaced the red cuvée’s former name, « Classique »: the family pays tribute to the couple by renaming this existing wine.
