- Vieilles Vignes 2022, concentration with silk: The red Vieilles Vignes 2022 is a Côtes du Roussillon Villages blending varieties including grenache and carignan from vines fifty to a hundred years old. Concentrated fruit meets silky tannins, with a few years in bottle giving the wine’s expression more definition.
- From serving and writing to growing: Hervé Bizeul had worked as a sommelier and journalist before making wine with Claudine in Vingrau. The project began as wine for friends. The Guide Hachette places their first cuvées in the family garage, which served as the first winery.
