- Three varieties in Terras Gauda 2021: The O Rosal blend is 70% Albariño, 23% Caiño Blanco and 7% Loureiro. The estate assigns each a role: fruit and palate volume from Albariño, floral notes from Loureiro, and tropical, balsamic and structural character from Caiño. This is a deliberately blended Rías Baixas white.
- Ripe fruit, flowers and mint: Terras Gauda 2021 combines ripe peach, mandarin and orange zest, with floral, minty and creamy nuances. The three varieties carry O Rosal’s diversity into a region often associated with Albariño alone.
