• Pazo de Galegos Albariño 2018: This historic Rías Baixas DO bottling comes from the former Pazo de Galegos range in Ribeira do Ulla. Ripe white fruit carries tropical and floral touches.
• The cellar’s next chapter: The historic cellar in Vedra later became part of the Casa Beatnik project with Rodrigo Méndez. Most of these wines are vinified in Salnés before resting at the pazo. Casa Beatnik also tends an old Albariño vineyard by hand on granite soils: a new chapter in the site’s winegrowing history.
